Many big guns criticize Google adsense not because it is bad but because they have many other alternatives. In my view adsense is still very valuable monetization option.

Experimenting Ads Positions With Analytics

Now with adsense and analytics integration option you can experiment to find out the best positions for adsense. Adsense tracking was never so easy.

1)      Track which pages are receiving more clicks

2)      Track which ad unit is performing better than others

3)      Track from where visitors are coming from and which country/territory is producing higher CTR
