Snapping Expired Domains At Godaddy Auctions?

Posted by admin | May 3, 2009 .

biddingIn my previous posts I explained the benefits of  monitoring expired domains and factors you must consider before buying expired domains. Now its time discuss strategies that can help to snap high PR expired domains at Godaddy Auctions.

Why Godaddy Auctions?

You don’t need to go to any domain name auction site if you can monitor a domain carefully and back order it on time. This is the best way to snap domains as cheap as less than 19 $. But if you don’t want to spy on domains then Godaddy auctions is another great platform where you can snap Quality high PR domains.

How It Works?
Godaddy Auctions is world’s biggest domain name market. Thousands of domains expire at Godaddy every day. All those domains which are not back ordered by any one are put in to their auction site! Highest bidder will get the domain if owner does not renew it with in a specified time period.

Auction Timing Is Very Important
Recently I tried to snap a PR4 domain at Godaddy auctions, I remained highest bidder for one day and 2 hrs but in last 35 minutes bid price increased massively. After few days, I came up with a lot more strategies and successfully snapped a very valuable name.

Godaddy heavily market their ending soon auctions, almost every customer sees them in their account manager and you can get domains quite cheaply if you keep auction end timing factor in mind (Low Internet Surfing Time).

What if after you buy the domain, PR goes down?

If you a buy a domain that receive links from good quality sites then most probably its PR will not go down. But before buying a domain make sure its PR is not fake
